Just to be perfectly clear - I have NEVER used any other hack/bot other than HB. Ive never even heard of snowball.

2)If so, when was the last time?: Ban happened about 1 hour ago
3)What profile were you using?:
4)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname:
5)What plugins are you using?: None
6)How many hours per day did you bot for?:
6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot? 60-70%
7)How many auctions per day did you have?: less than 100 (5 stacks of 5 and 10 stacks of 10) I was not posting raw materials.
8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? No
9)Was your account involved in gold selling? No
10)EU or US realm? US
Started Arelog about 4hrs earlier, nothing unusual in my HB logs.
Came back from a powernap and couldn't log in checked email and received the Notice of account closure (First time)
Had one Battlenet account with two accounts merged. They Closed both.
This is the only thing that looks a bit wierd
