At first I would have said jump on the asus Z9PE-D8 WS but iirc that doesn't have your socket type. I think the Z8NA-D6C would be closer to what you are looking for?
As for the rest, well if you've found a bottomless pit of money you could go for corsair dominator platinum RAM, but failing that the vengeance dimms have very nice heatsinks if you are going for a pretty looking build.
I think the case is more of a matter of opinion, I recently got the thermaltake level 10 gt for my build, but I've had a fair few people telling me it's ugly as sin. On the other side of the spectrum the bitfenix ghost is a much less conspicuous case, although if you are going for anything over a dual radiator you may have to get a bit creative with that one.
For your PSU I'd keep in mind any future upgrades you are considering before settling on a capacity, but running 2 cpu's I'd look for at least an 80 plus gold cert.
