Hey guys,
just had two botting accounts banned on Friday, attempted ticket appeal and were both denied - "confirmed our previous findings" etc.
Then on Saturday my main account was banned for "being associated with known botting accounts". I had sent items to my main account in the mail, which in retrospect was pretty dumb, but how is getting mail from guildies against the ToS? Do the police arrest people because they know thieves or drug dealers?
I don't mind losing the botting accounts but the other is my main account with over 8000 hours and a few thousand dollars spent. Other than the mail fiasco, I have never done anthing to jeopardise it.
In my ticket to Blizz I made up a story about how my brother used my other accoutns for botting without telling me and that I had no knowledge and he never used my main. Was this maybe a bad idea?
Questionaire for the two botting accounts:
My ticket to Blizz for my Main:
Their response:
A followup ticket from me:
As you can see, I tried to make this appear as an angry individual who is clearly confused and upset about being banned for association with what has happened.
Any advice guys?
Thank you.

My ticket to Blizz for my Main:
To whom it may concern,
My account was just banned for being "associated to multiple World of Warcraft accounts that were closed for participating in exploitative activities".
These accounts in question are two other accounts that I owned which I used for monitoring the auction house, playing twinks and having more alchemists and scribes on the server I play on due to the 11 character limit. To my knowledge (I may be wrong) sharing an account with an immediate family member is not against the ToS, so when my brother offered to farm crafting materials for me when i was out of the house, I agreed.
They were banned yesterday and when I asked him about it, he revealed he had been using third party programs on those two accounts to gain an advantage and sending to my main account what I thought was legitimately farmed materials via the in game mail system. I was furious.
I have never shared the account details of this account with anyone, nor have I ever participated in any illegal activities. I've been quick to report anything that looks suspicious and have long been a valued customer and have spent a great deal of time and money on this account.
I am fully prepared to accept the closure of the other two accounts for my brother's use of illegal activites, despite my naivety of his actions, but the closure of my main account, which has never done anything wrong, is completely absurd and downright insulting. I was completely ignorant to his actions and now I have lost an account and characters that I have poured countless hours of my heart and soul into.
You can remove the items and give me a temporary suspension, but if the closure isn't overturned you'll have lost a valuable and committed customer. I have bought collectors editions and subscribed to the annual pass and achieved a lot on this account - this is not something I would intentionally jeopardise.
Kind regards,

A followup ticket from me:
Hello,
Thanks for your prompt reponse and I want to preface this by saying that I know this is not your fault, that you're following policies and instructions and I do not believe in "shooting the messenger", however, the response to my ticket is completely and totally unacceptable.
It is absolutely sickening that someone elses actions on a totally different account, unknown to me can cause my account to become disciplined and locked. How is it in any way justifiable to action someone based on association? Neither my account, nor I, has engaged in any illegal behaviour and this is nothing more than a gigantic slap in the face to a loyal customer who has spent thousands of hours and dollars on this account, with no intention of ever breaking Blizzard's EULA or ToS.
I simply do not understand this association bullshit.
I have not done anything wrong and I've lost everything because of your overzealous policies. I tried to be polite in my earlier ticket, but this is ludicrous.
I want this escalated to someone higher in the department and I want to be contacted by phone by said person.
I want my account reinstated and I demand a formal apology on this matter.
I look forward to your call,
