Turning off Chest and Random stuff

Just curious... Is there a way to turn off these features...

I read somewhere that its just an anti-stuck measure but just wantde to make sure. I tried finding the post again but wasn't able to find anything.

Well if you look under OldGrindBot there are places where you can tick items to ignore. However in some areas this can cause you to get stuck.
