Turning honorbot off completely

I'm currently doing some grinding on my rogue, but when I log on my priest to do arena honorbuddy keeps controlling my priest every now and then. I've terminated honorbuddy in task manager.

What do I do?

probably CTM is enabled in WoW settings

disable Click to Move

I'm fairly new here. Where do I find CTM?
