Turn on player detection : Save your account from uneeded bans

I am from a high pop server, 30k players and 40+ botters in Uldum 24/7.
I have yet to be banned here, i spend all my time botting this place and never had a issue.

What i do have issues with are people not using their brains and turning on player detection. I see it all the time, a player killing a croc, a bot lands and jacks his node.

Gratz you now have a ticket against you and are in line now for a ban.
Thing is straight from Battle.net tickets are answered in 2 mins and they have a spot there just for botters.

Turn on player detection and save yourself some hassle. 1 node is not worth it.

Are you talking about in GB2 settings "Don't steal nodes"? Afraid its not 100%, Ive had that on since i first started using it and i still get tells alot that i jacked a node while someone was fighting a mob =(

Yeah, i think it only works if they are near a node about to mine/herb or in the process of mining/herbing it. If they are fighting a mob next to it the other player is not detected by HB/GB.

I've seen ppl just landing near the node and my guy 'waves off'... which is the way I like it. I've watched it for awhile every now and then and I've yet to see him ninja a node with someone even fighting a mob nearby. Maybe I've just been lucky...

I think with GB2 an "avoid other players" should be in place. Basically avoiding other players all together... If it sees them coming up... turn away and go another direction... Something more robust.

Well i have this turned on and i have had no issues, its kinda funny wheen i run into another bot with this on and we both turn away from the node . I have never had issues.

This has been discussed many, many times. Although we would all like others to be smart about how they use HB ( or any bot for that matter ), it is unlikely you will ever see it happen. Some don't know, some don't really care. Unfortuantely, it is just an issue we all have to deal with.
