Turn-In Fates

Just wondering if turn-in FATEs can be enabled somehow. I believe you can get full credit for just killing the mobs even if you don't turn-in? Or is there a way to get turn-in FATEs working with Turn-in? (guessing not and it's a work in progress?) Reason I ask is I'm trying to farm GC seals and this would make it very efficient.

The only way to get gold is to turn in at least 6 items to the NPC, its doable but not easy and I want to say that I remember mash talking about this somewhere before but not 100% on that, depending on your class and if your chocobo is a healer you can go to places like Mor Dhona and such(avoiding Northern Thanalan, its packed on my server) and get GC seals very quickly.
