Tuanha WW monk struggle

hi guys, anyone who can post relevant info about his dps with paid tuanha ww monk routine? i got pretty nice numbers in heroic dungs but begin to struggle at raid content with the worst results in mythic. i understand i need to run around more than at a heroic dungeon but im VERY low, like 19-21k for ilvl above 660. anyone same problems? can this be a settings problem at Tuanha's or even HB? im sad as i would like to be of any use in mythic raids. If theres anyone who can help a bit im much appreciate the help, can even send you logs, screenshots of the settings. thanks

On a stand-still fight, ww simulated to cap out at around 29k dps.
Since you're moving around alot, that's going to be reduced like you said.

Not sure if it helps, but my monk is 645 ilvl and is around 20-24k with MS>CRIT brew/serenity build framelock @ 30tps
