hi , i have a few concerns about the retirbution paladin routine currently supplied by tuanha , i have paid for this routine and seems to me that i gets zero updates , which in turn is causing me to fall behind massivley dps wise in raids content , i was under the impression that when i bought this routine i also was authorised for lifetime update of which there have been none , can you please address this problem as i feel i have paid for a routine that does not work properly

Have you tried emailing him?
Also even though it isn't the best option, you could use another CC.
 
The best option is get what hes payed for .. i got the same problem..
 
well ive tried other ccs , which ofc is an option but it seems none of them work either lol, but forgive me if im wrong , but if i pay for a product via the buddy store anyone would expect it to at least work properly or at least updated now and again , its seems to me that routine previously which were free and had work done to them to keep them up to date , were better than they are now , i own millz routine for warlock and ret routine for my paladin , and subsequently both routines are really bad , both of which have been paid for under the understanding they would be well updated , if the people that sell them and take our money cant keep them upto date then hb should not be selling these routines period , on a plus note , i DO NOT mind paying for routines BUT DO expect them to work adequatly

currently owned

tuanHA paladin routine == need rotational update

millz warlock rountine == need rotational update

millz mage routine == need rotational update

total cost nearly 60 euros

I think you need to take a step back buddy. He want's he is worrying about his dps as it currently stands and I probably wouldn't expect an update as quick as he is expecting. Hence my response in the first place..............................
