TuanHA Paladin question!?

So i have honorbuddy and TuanHA's Paladin (free) CC, however when i queue for dungeons my paladin will just sit there and heal no one, does anyone have some guidance or know how to set this up?
 
report it under TuanHA's thread including your log as attachment
or use a different combat routine
