Trying to upgrade from 1 session to 3 sessions.

Hello,

I'm trying to upgrade from 1 demonbuddy session to 3 but when I typ my information, select my payment method (paypal) then I don't see any "Sumbit" button or something like that.

Am I blind or is it bugged?
