Trying to purchase

So I am trying to purchase HB with a pre-paid credit card multiple times now. I have called the cc company and registered the card and they tell me it is fine to use.

I have sent two emails via the whitelist email that pops up when the sale did not go thru, and have not heard back from anyone.

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

just be patient,after you sent us your email we have to send the whitelist request to the payment portal
they will do it and we will inform you
