Trying to pick up quest that's not there

Using Kicks thru the store .. My rogue runs to Draka's Den to pick up a quest (Shredder manual) that has already been completed..

Ive read the threads about cleaning caches and i have done the best i can on cleaning all of the ones listed, but she still goes right to the cave and stands there.

Ill admit i'm a complete reeree when it comes to tech stuff on the pc .. and maybe i didn't clear something correctly ...

Can i get some help please .. would really like to lvl this rogue

I believe i have done that 1 as well ... it is not available where that map says it should be

On My map I see 3 quests ...
As the smoke rises
Disrupting the flow
Holding the line

well your in that chain. click the link for that quest, and figure out where your at, because it seems like your halfway though it and somehow you didnt finish it.

hopefully ill hear something soon .... in the mean time i grinded out lvl 95 .. and continued to run HB in the next area ... but that still leaves me with a lot of Talador quests undone

As Tony previously pointed out, 99% of the time this will be a problem caused by a corrupted cache. You might try one more time to follow the process of cleaning them:

Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:Cache corruption problems​

If this does not repair the problem, we need to try a 'clean install' (and make certain the streaming of all store products is disabled) as described in this article:

If still no joy, then your 'quest state' has probably been damaged beyond repair for use with this profile. How this can happen is described in "Manually doing questing content, or using other profiles (and its consequences)" here:
