Trying to install the Visual C++ that was suggested..

So i'm having the same honorbuddy doesn't try to login problem as most other people.
when I try to download the C++ that was suggested in the sticky, I get a *C:/Users.... etc etc etc... vcredist_arm.exe is not a valid Win32 application*...
What can fix this?..

Yup, still nothing, so i purchased HB and haven't been able to use it for 4 days now :C
