Truble Launching EB: Can't get past Language Select Screen

Hi all,

Having some trouble getting EB running. Read the guide but can't even get to a screen where I'd put in my Key.

Running windows 10 64 bit. Issue outlined below.

• Changed name of EB.exe / Launched POE
• Ran dependency wiz (it detects that I do not have Viz C++ 2015 installed and tried to install it - claims success, but then does the same thing if I run it again)

• Checked and I do have Visual C++ 2015 deps installed -

• Ran EB - see select language dialog. Click "select" then...nothing...
  • 
• Checked log file and it's empty

What do I do?
