Troubles with DB

Hello, I am having issues with my DB. I have recently redownloaded DB and some profiles but I keep getting spammed with a repeated message while my character just stands there doing nothing. I've tried multiple different settings but nothing has seemed to work so far.

reinstall Trinity properly,a new installation from scratch is recommended
