Trouble with grinding profiles and mounts.

Every time I run a grinding profile to level my guys they do not use mounts. They will run on foot to the next way point. One is a shaman and it'd be nice if he at least did ghost wolf. I'm not sure if this is normal behavior or if I am missing something but any more experienced insight would be appreciated.

enable use mount options and found mount auto
you should be ok

in case you have problems post your log as atachment

All that is enabled and using a mount will not occur. I set my mount distance down to 10 yards and it still ran on foot. Also how do I go about adding that attachment? I pressed the attachment on the message composer and it brought up another box where I selected the log file and I hit upload and then it popped up saying I didn't have access to that page so I don't know.
