Trouble with dungeons and 5 man groups

Is anyone else having an issue trying to run random heroics with 5 man groups? My characters select their roles but straight after joining the queue, it leaves it.

I'm 99% sure it's not HB related as I've just tried loading up my accounts without HB running and it's the same thing, I can't get a random heroic going even manually.

It's not an HB or DB issue, it's an issue with the instance servers for wow. It's an ongoing issue that I hope gets corrected by the xpac launch.
