As title states iv been trying for two days now to obtain a certain profile in the buddy store ( Apexis Shard Dailies ) - not sure if relevant, it appears as "Already obtained" but i cannot find it anywhere in my load profile under any of the "From buddy store" selections nor anywhere else for that matter, any ideas as to un-obtain it to retry or a solution?? pretty nooby with computers so bare with me and apologies if a simple fix
