Trouble questing in nagrand with HB

Hi guys, i write this post in my brother's name:

He is something like stucked in nagrand. he logs in wow with his mage, run HB, press start, and the toon mounts a flying mount and begin to drive it through the map without killing any mob/completing any quest. i attached the log in .txt
