trouble getting rightious fire to work

okay I saw this thread about editing a buff part in exile.cs but when I look for exile.cs in the file directory I don't see it, only exileroutine and I looked threw a bunch of files and could not find the righteous fire part.

can you explain which folder the file is in?

I put shield charge as my main skill but the bot will currently not cast righteous fire and will not attack anything just sits their.
