Trouble Finding Dratini

I had trouble finding Dratini, maybe one or two per week here in Stockholm, Sweden. (Södermalm). Now with the release of Gen 2 I guess it is even harder to get. Anyone have some experience with Dratini's or know a good location?

I get loads around London.

I tried near water/Magikarp nests, now Im getting atleast 1 per 2 hours. Which is good!
