I wouldn't worry, I've been here for about 8months and each time there is an update/downtime in the client they have extended the time for people who aren't on unlimited.

take as long as you need to make hearthbuddy safe, better stay few days without it than getting the account banned. Am I wrong or Blizzard is getting more and more aggressive? Is this because of the new formats in hearthstone that will launch in spring?

I think it's blizzard being more aggressive with the new formats/redesign. These past two tripwire events were the only two cases that I have witnessed while botting the game.

Quick question: so if I started HS and bot at 19 Feb 00.05 (UTC+01:00) and bot stopped at 04.08 (UTC+01:00), am I in the safe zone, or potentially flagged? I also started the bot ONCE more at 04.17 (UTC+01:00), and when I saw text about Tripwire didn't started it again. Thanks!
