[Tripwire Spam Thread] anyone cant login DB? tripwire ?

Got it cleared up by raphus, just so you guys know...

If you ALREADY had DB running BEFORE 21.05 UTC - And your DB shut down at 21.37 UTC - You are not flagged.

If you OPENED DB AFTER 21.05 UTC - And your DB shut down at 21.37 UTC - You are open to being flagged.

It's only those who re-injected in the small window of 21.05 UTC > 21.37 UTC.

Is that a time? I don't know what time that is CST if so.

So just to clarify even further; if DB shut down at 2136 via the TripWire, we didn't see the notice and tried to relaunch shortly after, then we are fucked?

First statement is true.

You must have logged in to Diablo 3 after 21.05 UTC aswell for the second statement.
 
If you tried to launch Demonbuddy after tripwire event and you received Tripwire active message, you are safe.

Thats the whole point of Tripwire.
 
pfft we are never safe lol If you were botting back in the rmah days you'd know we could all be banned anytime. Tripwire is great for detecting warden upgrades but doesn't mean crap for getting banned.
 
TBH diablo has been nothing but a BOT game even since D2 pre LoD I mean look at the leaderboards.. 3 weeks into the season we already had people 1600+ paragon. what is this game if not one to bot on? id guess the whole community of diablo is 85% botters 15% real players and the "real players" rarely get over 800 paragon. that is unless you have 100's of hours to mind breaking rifts over and over and over.. ill repeat myself again.. what is diablo if bot a bot game?
 
if I lost this account i wouldn't really care i play hearthstone manually wow is dead to me and no other blizzard game will ever get my money

Yeah, sometimes auto-reloggers aren't the best. I probably tried to relog 100 times in that time frame on both my diablo accounts.

I wonder how long Blizz is going to wait before they start dropping bans. If it's anything like wow, it could be a month before we start seeing any.

Not all accounts that were online during the tripwire event are flagged. Only the ones that might have logged in 30 minutes prior to the event might be.

All other Diablo 3 and Hearthstone bots and tools might still being detected and flagged to be banned as of right now.

How does that make Tripwire crap for getting banned ?

I realise assuming anything is dangerous, but in the interest of learning. They will ran this few days/weeks to catch as many bots as possible?
So manual play for next weeks or just don't bother with D3, until we hear anything from Blizzard?

Your account is safe if:
you already had Demonbuddy or Hearthbuddy running before 21:05 UTC and the bot shut down at 21:37 UTC due to tripwire.
you tried to launch Demonbuddy or Hearthbuddy after 21:37 UTC and received Tripwire message.


Your account might be flagged if:
you launched Diablo 3 or Hearthstone and launched Demonbuddy or Hearthbuddy after 21:05 UTC and before 21:37 UTC

i was logged in diablo3 and demonbuddy before 21:05 UTC and demonbuddy didn't show me any tripwire event . i stopped the bot at 23:37 UTC when a friend told me what's happening
am i flagged?

Out of curiosity, is demonbuddy "running" as soon as you inject, or as soon as you click "start"? I was frequently stopping the bot yesterday to swap chars and spend bloodshards, but not closing the application itself.

I was still using turbo hud. I'll never play D3 without THud. :)
