We are aware of the Tripwire event that occurred on 30-Jun-2016.

If you are seeing this...
[19:01:22.407 N] Honorbuddy v2.5.15239.828 started.
[19:01:38.952 N] Logging in...
[19:01:40.096 N] Tripwire activated. Shutting down Honorbuddy
!

Here's what you need to know...
  1. Don't Panic.
  2. If you have other copies of a Buddy bot running that are not disconnected by Tripwire (not possible unless you're doing naughty things), disconnect them as soon as possible.
  3. This Tripwire event is unrelated to any previous Tripwire activation. All this means is the game client was updated in a fashion that requires immediate investigation

If this is your first Tripwire event:
You can find more information about Tripwire here:

NOT a false positive, this time...

Morning buddies,

This is not a false positive. Another attempt of Blizzard to detect Honorbuddy has been averted by Tripwire.

The event is being investigated and we will be sharing more information as soon as we have any.

Spyware fail confirmed...

Fellow Buddies,

Blizzard has done another failed attempt to detect Honorbuddy, just like the one on 8th of June.

We are not expecting accounts to be flagged for detection by this event. However, there is a possibility of
a small time window where accounts that have logged in to the game before the event might get flagged. As
always, we have no more information we can share about this.

A new Honorbuddy build that is safe from recent changes is being tested internally. We will do another post
once we have the build ready to be released in public.
