don't listen to him. It's a security feature of all buddy products that scans for changes in program function that are unexpected and will shutdown the bot and the program associated with it until the buddy team has a chance to review it. It probably got set off during a hotfix and was never turned off since there hasn't been a release.
tl;dr: don't worry about it. working as intended.
