Trion continuing to charge players after banning them. This is illegal.

You should be able to remove subscriptions by logging into paypal or talking to your bank.
 
Debit cards, not even once.

Use a credit card. Much better consumer & fraud protection. Some will even refund you merchandise if the merchant won't accept returns.
 
yup that happen to me 5 days ago on first banned opened unauthorized payment in paypal when it finish i will open another one for not getting my item
 
read your terms of use that you agreed to... all I am saying
 
no they state that they are not liable for charges via paypal if you do not cancel subscription which you it also clearly stated see support on how to remove a paypal subscription

Uhm, I didn't use paypal.
 
On my side they send me a refund for my Patron status that was charged 1 day before the ban.
I did not even ask... just go the email.
 
they obviously haven't setup the system where if you get banned you stop being charged, you can easily get your money back under the "Not Received" reason and any bank or provider will accept this.
 
What about other purchases? I bought 50$ of gems less than a month ago. I wonder if I can claim Trion prevented me from using these with the ban.
