Trinity randomly selling some legendaries

Trinity seems to be randomly selling some of my legendaries, but correctly salvaging the rest. I'm not sure what's making the difference. One of the sold items is selected in my item list rules, but it failed a Required check, the rest are unselected and should all be salvaged, but consistently, these 4 items are not.

Neither of the Override check boxes is enabled, Item List is definitely the active rule in the Pickup tab, I've tried with "Enable Auto-Upgrade" both on and off and saw no difference. I have no active filtering by item type, just specific items.
 
I saw my bot doing the same.

I crafted 50 rings for rare -> legendary cubing and the bot decided to sell about 10 of them. (then he salvaged the others even tho cubing was activated, but I guess this is another issue).

Edit: I just read that this is fixed with the new version that will come
