I have tried multiple times to download the trinity profile and blank routine even attempting to use a link by an administrator that was in response to another person with the same problem. It is giving me a bad link that does not take me to a place to download the file. when i try to download it normally from the link in the instruction manual it says i do not have permission. Please help i am really looking forward to getting this up and running.
