Trinity monk bot completely brainless

So,

I am running Trinity, on my monk.

I am running wave of light build, first of all my bot just runs pass all trash, and he refuse to put on the 2 sweeping wind stacks.

I have tried to change the profile myself, but nothing works. What the hell is wrong with him??
