Trinity - idea for random buff delay

First does trinity handle the buffing (shouts in barbarian case), or is this part of the combat routine?

I notice my barb Always uses Warcry/Battle Rage exactly as it times out. Altho this is most efficient resource wise, it is not the most "human" thing to do.

Is there a simple way to change/edit files/settings to make it a bit more randomized? Battle Rage requires rage and is prefered to have a 100% uptime, but can be refreshed before it times out. Warcry has a set timer (60 secs) and can Always be refreshed after 20 secs as it does not require rage.'

I'd like to do the following;
Battle Rage; check for uptime/rage -> if less then 20-2 secs (with this randomization) remaining & enough rage -> refresh
Warcry; Refresh every 20-40 seconds (with this randomization)

Just trying to keep everything as human as possible. Only looking at a barb, as this is what i play, but i'm sure it also goes for other classes. Hope someone can help!
 
These suggestions should be written in the developers section as well.
I read something similiar about trinityrandomwaittimer suggestion..
I suspect that most developers are busy with christmas but keep good suggestions coming and they'll be implemented for sure :)
