If I created a thread called "Help!" and inside the thread I wrote "My bot isn't working but it worked yesterday???" Literally no one would be able to help me, most people wouldn't reply or even waste the time to click on the thread.
...Often times the level of precision/effort in your thread directly affects the level of support people are willing to show.

...Personally, I never do updates. I always download a new .zip file, install a new directory. I have about 20 version of DB sitting in one folder. While this advice may not help your current situation, it's sound advice for the future.
Anytime a new version of DB, Trinity or QT comes out, it gets a new folder. In the worst case scenario where it doesnt work at all for me, I just turn the old version back on while I research the newer version and my issues with it.
