Trinity Feature Request: Skills Used for Destructibles

I'd like to see the skills used to break destructibles limited - specifically to something like, "Don't use Skills with Cooldown to break Destructibles", or maybe even "Don't use Resource Spenders on Destructibles".

My reasoning is, it's kindof goofy (gameplay wise) to use a skill with a two minute cooldown to break a vase, or a pile of rocks, or a door - when there may be an eilte or boss that the skill would be better saved for.

Another way to manage this might be similar to the "use movement skills out of combat" -
as in, "Use Skills with Cooldown on [Elites | Bosses] [any enemy] [any object or enemy]
or, "Use Resource Spending Skills on [Elites | Bosses] [any enemy] [any object or enemy]

I'll look through the code to see if anything obvious is included that I can edit myself (like specifically if I can find the bits abut breaking objects), but I think this would benefit almost every user if it were implemented globally in the plugin.
