This first happened when trying to open trinity in the trinity tab. You can alternatively open it in the plugins tab but when trying to start the bot an error window pops up stating "Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object". Oh and this is for the beta version of DB.
Though all of this is probably because of the new update for bounties.
