Trinity disappears after each update demonbuddy

to solve this problem, you can just reinstall demonbuddy
but it is very difficult to configure Trinity from scratch ( especially an item list )
please tell me how I can migrate all the settings to the new Trinity

I just reinstalled trinity by dragging the folder back into plugins and my item list was still the same

Whenever I put the trinity list back in the plugins after a new download the item list never changes, njust export you item list to a word document for safe measure
