Trinity - Blood Shards

Hello, I am using the most recent Trinity update however I cannot find a setting to change when & how the bot uses blood shards. Currently it uses it on random things except specific item slots I want it to. Can you please let me know how to fix this?

Trinity...Configure...Items...Items...Under Gambling...Customize...
