Tried to find a normal price on this item for a week now :(

search for:
search for 100 str, 300 LOH and 4.5% cc and go up from there.

Also, sockets are interchangeable with 58 str (max gem val), so you can search for 80 str + sock etc. if you'd like.

Life leech is more popular than loh. so that ring is useless for now. Only sor needs loh.

My method is usually to search for similar on gold AH, and then shave down the stats a little bit until I find one similar. Then you can use the exchange rate to estimate the RMAH price.
