Tried everything still getting the same error

When every I try to start hearthbuddy I keep getting this error message and then the program crashes.

I read through a couple of old threads and thought this was because of microsoft visual c++/ .net not installing properly but I run buddywizard and let it install all 3 things.

any antivirus enabled?

i got the same problem , try to disable antivirus and so on , bot worked till last update like a charm...
