is there a Plugin for the two "Hallow's End" Achievements "Tricks and Treats Nordend" and "Tricks and Treats Cataclysm" & the Quests??

This has been asked like four times now.
No there is not one currently. I am too busy to make one.
Maybe CodenameG will update his plugin to do this, but he will definitely need some helping getting the XYZs for the quests, and possibly the candy buckets IDs.
