Trial version doesnt show up

Hello.

I used the same account on HB store for my HB2 to activate a trial, but it doesnt show up on my HB3. Should i create a new account on buddystore for my Hb3 or?

HB3 is the same thing has HB2. It is just a different version. Like wow 6.x and 7.x You don't start calling it wow6 and wow7. Just contact support or post in support section.
