Trial Key Not Logging In

It seems like it opens the application but the drop down box is grey with nothing in it on the top right and load profile, settings and tools and buddy store is all grey so I cannot click any of it.

check your anti-virus that its not removing or blocking access to honorbuddy files.
reDownload the latest version of honorbuddy. http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.
