Treatment at time of transfer prevents termination

Bot does not treat pokemons already transferred if error is selected and does not transfer anything.
Select more than 50 pokemons and in the mean time some were transferred, and with that I could not transfer any of them by giving error

What does "treat" mean? I think something is getting lost in translation.

Are you saying you tried to manually transfer several pokemons and some were automatically transferred as well, so then the bot didn't do the manual transfer?

I think I was not very clear, in the middle of the 50 pokemons selected, some were eventually transferred automatically, and when I tried to make the manual transfer it was not possible to conclude that it was giving error as in the print above, the bot can not transfer any manual if in the middle Selection has already been transferred.
The bot could ignore the already transferred and finish the manual transfer and not stop and not transfer.
