Just curious if i choose transfer all, but keep 3 of the highest CP. Does this include all the current pokemon you have when booting it up or from that point forward from whatever is caught onwards?
Every time the bot starts up it will check your pokemon and inventory and try to apply the transfer rules. So if you change it to "keep two highest CP" and then start it up, it will transfer any pokemon you have 3+ of.
cool thanks. I did notice the Keep 3 highest CP works good but I dont think the keep 3 highest CP + IV was working. It seemed to keep everything and max out my dex fast. Is there any CP + IV combo transfer working?

There is a tab in the application called "my Pokemon" You can switch to that tab and manually transfer pokemons you don't want.
I always keep pokemons with Level 20 or above and IV higher than 50.
You can also power up, evolve, favorite and unfavorite pokemon.
I have a list of "Do Not Transfer Pokemon" LIke Jolteons Dragonites or Vaporeon I don't want to accidentally delete.
When I get lazy managing the pokemon bag, I favorite the pokemons I know I don't want be transferred and use the automatic transfer to keep only one Pokemon with highest CP. I can let the application run for an hour or two or switch accounts and PF always keeps space to receive new pokemons. At the end of the session, only the strongest pokemon will survive. From there I can delete the ones I don't want (like I always delete all ratatas and pidgeys automatically)
