Transferring Issues

Hello. Wondering if anyone else is having a problem with transferring. I'm not able to transfer pokemon unless i select transfer immediately. Transfer pokemon to professor is selected but my pokemon just filll up to 400/400 unless transfer immediately is on. Just happened after .163

i've checked the log file and the error is:
