Transferred my perfect IV Jolteon?

Just got started here at pokefarmer from mygobot and on first log in, the bot started transferring pokemon. Cool, but it transferred my perfect IV jolteon? Any ideas why? I went through my settings and set the transfer settings to "transfer all, but keep one of each with the highest CP and IV" which I understood as keep one jolteon with the highest CP and one with the highest IV (100). Does the bot take level into consideration? for example I am currently lvl 30 and the jolteon was somewhere around lvl 15-20 (cant look because it's gone). Any other ideas? Seems to be happening to a ton of people, not just you. Haven't seen any real suggestions/comments on the matter. Until then I'm doing it all manually. Sorry for your loss :(
 
Did favorite my best Pokemon. Did not yet throw away any of these Pokemon from that list. Maybe you could try that with other near perfect ones.

I think the best way to avoid that for now is to check jolteon and not transfer them
 
What were the stats of the one it kept? I'm wondering if it is adding the IV and CP values together and just keeping one, not one of each of both values like I and seems like most everyone else is reading it as...
 
Im pretty sure its cause you running the wrong settings.

"Transer all, but keep 1-3 of each with the highest CP." for me that was the basic setting.

So if you dont change it too highest IV, the bot prob transfer your High IV for a replace with a higher CP.
 
My setting is transfer all, but keep one of each with the highest CP and IV ...
I assumed it was keeping one of each. I guess its not the case maybe?
