Transfering Zubat failed with status: -1 and Session expired. Relogging. errors HELP

as the title says those 2 are my problems right now

and its not transferring it correctly ... can someone tell me why ? my list is filling up with pokemons i dont want and yes i have done the setting correctly it was transferring before not anymore tho
