So I chose "Transfer all but keep three of each with highest CP and IV. And this happened which I didn't really get it, it was my highest "Seaking with good IV", but it got transfered, maybe you need check the settings. I don't really mind cuz I have plenty of goldeens and Seaking is not hard to get, but if this happens to other good rare pokemons like Dragonite etc, I would be sad.
