Transfer pokemon bug

I was watching pokefarmer catch a squirtle. After catching it, pokefarmer transferred another squirtle i had in my possession
[12:27:21] Transfered Squirtle with CP(447) IV(47) successfully.

I have preferences set to keep the best 3 CP and best 3 IV. however this squirtle should have not been transferred as it was one of my top 3 IV squirtles.

ok maybe the program didn't make a huge error, as the pokemon it should have transferred was the same IV, however it was a lower CP (Squirtle CP369, IV47). The transfer function could possibly be improved to assess both IV and CP simultaneously.

I've been thinking about what I would actually like the transfer feature to do and I have a suggestion for improvement.

Pokefarmer currently keeps the top 3 CP pokemon which in the case of squirtle are always very low IV, but also keeps the highest IV which have just happened to be always low lvl, low CP.
Is there a way you could have the transfer option transfer pokemon below a certain level and IV threshold. for example transfer all squirtle pokemon below lvl 18 that have an IV of less than 70.
