Transfer Option Addition: Keep X highest cp and X highest IV

Being able to specify that I would like to keep more specific IV% Pokemon and CP pokemon is ideal. For example, ideally, I could specify keep all pokemon over 80% IV, unless their CP is below 300. That is a larger ask, but initially being able to say keep all Pokemon above 80% IV (versus top?)

A better explanation behind the existing logic would be useful as well.
