I am looking to make a skinning profile that will train the profession as it reaches max level. Anybody have to code that I would use to do this?

Max level? If you already have WOD on the account, the moment you skin your very first WOD beast with Skinning 1, you receive Draenor Skinning book, which lift your cap up to 700 skill.
